Rental without a Certificate of Insurance
- Use for rentals without a Certificate of Insurance.
- Great for small rentals
- Must use a credit card to hold the replacement value of the rented equipment.
- The credit card on file will be charged for
the rental when the equipment is returned.
Rental Instructions
1. Contact a rental manager to discuss your equipment needs and determine the replacement cost of the equipment.2. Download and complete the terms and conditions and credit card authorization forms.
3. Submit a copy of the credit
card (front and back) and a copy of the cardholder's
drivers license.
4. Print, sign, and fax forms to 334.244.4147 or
email
accounting@acincnashville.com.
5. Terms are Credit Card for this rental.
A.C., Inc. accepts:

- MasterCard
- Visa
**Debit cards can only be used for payments and are not allowed to hold the equipment replacement value.
