A.C., Inc. offers two rental options:

Rental with a Certificate of Insurance

• Terms and Conditions
• Credit Card Authorization
• Credit Application (Only New Clients requesting Net 30 Terms)
• Certificate of Insurance
• Terms are Net 10, unless you have made special discount arrangements.

Rental without Insurance

• Terms and Conditions
• Credit Card Authorization
• Credit Card must hold the equipment replacement value and the rental charges.
• Terms are Credit Card

Terms and Conditions: Must be completed annually. Terms and Conditions are valid for one year from the date signed.

Credit Card Authorization: Must be completed annually. A Credit Card Authorization is valid for one year from the date signed.

Movies and Features:  A hold will be put on your credit card for the amount of your insurance deductible.  This amount will be held until the equipment is returned undamaged. 

Credit Application: Must be completed by new clients that are requesting Net 30 Terms. All clients receive complementary Net 10 Terms unless you have made special discount arrangements. If you submit a Credit Application for Net 30 Terms it will take approximately 10 days for approval.

Certificate of Insurance: Will expire with the policy. A new Certificate of Insurance should be submitted when your policy expires. This will keep your Insurance up to date and on file for any upcoming rentals. If you have a specified Certificate of Insurance for each job, you will have to provide a new certificate on a per job basis. A.C., Inc. recommends placing a blanket certificate on file for all rentals.
